A 1-year labor warranty is offered on all installations by Heritage Interior Solutions. Material and equipment warranties are provided solely by the manufacturer; Heritage Interior Solutions does not warrant materials. This warranty does not include preventative maintenance or routine service.
In accordance with the Pennsylvania Home Improvement Consumer Protection Act, customers have the right to cancel their home improvement contract within three (3) business days after signing without penalty. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing or through email within the required time period.

Because each project is custom and labor is scheduled specifically for each customer, refunds are generally not available after the three-business-day cancellation period has expired. If Heritage Interior Solutions is unable to complete contracted work as agreed, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue in accordance with the terms of the signed contract and applicable Pennsylvania law.

If a customer believes work was not completed according to the signed contract, they are encouraged to contact Heritage Interior Solutions so that we may attempt to resolve the matter promptly. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be handled in accordance with the terms of the signed contract and applicable Pennsylvania law.

Heritage Interior Solutions operates in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws, including the Pennsylvania Home Improvement Consumer Protection Act.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, Heritage Interior Solutions does not offer promotional pricing, discounts, or limited-time offers.
Exception — We are currently running a limited-time “Electrical Refresh” special. During this event, outlet replacements are $25 and light fixture replacements are $50. No other promotions or discounts apply.
